So everyone in my parents household has covid, my mum does her shopping at @asda online for it not to turn up, contacted asda all they say is 'refund in 3-5 days' NOT GOOD ENOUGH! What is she meant to do?? Disgrace.

If I collect my dad's pre order xbox do I just need his photo id and deposit receipt? And i can pay on my card? As hes working away and cannot collect it within the 48 hours.
