@014alien no this is literally exactly how depression works. this is normal. i get so (for lack of a better word) jaded about the world around me; things that normally "keep me here" (my cat, bird, friends, etc) suddenly don't matter anymore. it's chronic for a reason, you are valid 🤍🤍
