@TOMS Called your customer service to report a discrepancy on receiving my order and was told to wait 3 days for "them" to redeliver? The item was marked deliver. Also it takes 3-5 days to speak with a supervisor?!

Hello @USPS@USPSHelp . What is going on with your establishment? An item arrived at ur center on 8/28 and it "supposedly" was on delivery route yet but mysteriously now it's awaiting for delivery.
@Wendys The only option for my mobile order was going to the "drive-through" so I waited for 20 mins. Then I get to your speaker and was instructed to go inside for pick up. Epic fail of the century. If you cannot accommodate the volume then lay off the app. Smh.
