•Misrepresentation
•Breach of trust
•Unauthorized change in investment terms
•Wrongful withholding of funds.

@MobiKwik You cannot apply new guidelines to past investments and trap users’ money. These guidelines, if applicable, should only apply to investments made after 16 August 2024 not to existing investors like me who were promised liquidity.

@MobiKwik Let me be absolutely clear I had no direct dealing or knowledge of Lendbox. I invested solely through the MobiKwik platform, trusting the assurances provided by your app. Therefore, MobiKwik cannot escape responsibility by shifting blame.
