@Pepperfry I called customer care multiple times. They even raised an escalation ticket: MA-190826-0053 but still the item is not delivered.
Today when i called the customer care, the executive Afra mentioned there is no update on the ticket and the item will be most likely deliver tomorrow

They asked my parents to go to Police station and file a complaint, get the complaint paper to them before they repair. Leakage of gas is a serious issue. I believe they should address that first to replace regulator/hose first. Please check the matter and do the needful
