Dear Ruto, this is what we expect you and treasury to do:

1. Reduce State House Budget by 90% and the funds to go the Linda Mama and School feeding programs and Pending bills.

2. Abolish the spouse offices for your wife and DPs spouse. That money to go to Medical Interns and school infrastructure programmes.

3. Reduce DPs budget by 90% and use that money to hire JSS Intern teachers and Counties equitable share.

4. Reduce Parliament budget by 70% and use that money to fund hospitals across the country.

5. Stop any renovations for any Government houses and redirect the funds to fertiliser subsidies and I T authority.

6. Reduce travel budget for both local and foreign travels for all GOK officials including the President and his people by 90% and redirect the funds for education capitation and HELB.

7. Abolish the CAS approved positions and use that money to fund last mile connections.

Our bare minimum demand is they do the above. CS Treasury is incompetent and the media should call him out. Why are their proposals targeting critical sectors only? @SeweS_
