@garyvlicence @Phoebejoy1611 @starry_velvet They prioritise, so unfortunately the elderly come last. My mum has waited for an ambulance for 12 hours several times. Even been asked by the hospital not to ring for an ambulance or go to hospital again because of her age. ☹️
