Solid reasoning on the 25-45 DTE window making daily redundant. But your AXTI example cuts the other way too — the RS flip happened intraday, and a weekly scan catches it 6 days late (or never).

How I solved this in https://t.co/hsZEKtrGTv: don't pick a cadence at all. The screener runs continuously and iOS push alerts fire only when something crosses your criteria — new candidate enters the DTE window, IV clears threshold, RS flips. Zero noise on quiet days, instant signal on the AXTI days.

Cadence is a constraint of manual workflows, not of the strategy.

Great thread. I went down this exact rabbit hole and it eventually became a full platform (https://t.co/hsZEKtrGTv) — live IBKR portfolio sync, full Greeks, and a dual-AI layer (Claude + GPT) that has to agree before a candidate ranks.

Your liquidity lesson in 8/ is spot on: my first version ranked 200% spreads too. Hard filters on OI + spread fixed more than any scoring tweak.

The CRCL example is the best part — mechanical scores can't see deceleration. That narrative adjustment layer is where the real edge is.
