反过来看，虽然 $MSTR 被CITRON做空，暴跌16%，但我并不觉得MSTR就会马上进入什么死亡螺旋，这只是估值过高，但Michael Saylor的这个金融游戏还是可以继续的。对于我来说，买入MSTR的条件就是，假设未来某一天比特币100万美元一枚，假设MSTR届时将拥有100万枚，那么以现价买MSTR远比以现价直接买比特币未来收益更高，我就会选择买MSTR，否则就直接持有比特币。

关于微策略，这两天英文区讨论也特别多，不少人推荐一支名为Microstrategy's real game is gamma not delta的油管影片，是一个和Michael Saylor完全不同的版本，兼听则明

TL;DR
1️⃣微策略可转换债券的核心卖家是对冲基金
2️⃣可转换债券内嵌看涨期权, 可以获得更高的杠杆比例进行波动性套利
3️⃣对冲基金不care价格的涨跌，只要价格在波动，就可以套利
4️⃣对冲基金也完全不想把这些债券转换为股票，因为这样就降低了杠杆比例
5️⃣在这个gamma游戏里，对冲基金是赢家
6️⃣微策略目前也是赢家，MSTR 获得了高溢价。但要这个游戏进行下去，就必须不断制造出「波动性」，还得不断推高比特币价格，否则股价都会下跌，游戏结束 game over
7️⃣持股人很容易成为输家（是的你没看错）。因为 MSTR 波动性极高， 你买入的时候如果对冲基金是否在做空，就会被套在山顶。如果要玩这个游戏，需要选对进入时间点，然后及时撤出
8️⃣Michael Saylor有一件事说了实话，微策略实际在出售的产品就是「波动性」

The drop rate of the 3 Memories you selected will be significantly increased. Each time you obtain a 5-Star Memory, there's a 75% chance it will be one of the 3 Memories you selected.
*Note
1. During the event, you can change your selected Memories at any time. Each time you obtain a 5-Star Memory, the chance of obtaining the unselected event-limited Memory and other permanent 5-Star Memories will be 25%.
