Un échange incendiaire à la Chambre des communes a mis en lumière un contrat pour le moins nébuleux concernant le futur site de lancement spatial de Canso (Kingston), en Nouvelle-Écosse.

L'opposition accuse le gouvernement libéral de dilapider l'argent des contribuables dans un montage financier d'une absurdité sans nom.

Les faits soulevés ont de quoi donner le vertige.

Une compagnie privée loue actuellement un terrain au gouvernement provincial de la Nouvelle-Écosse pour la modique somme de 13 500 $ par année.

Or, cette même entreprise s'est retournée pour sous-louer ce même lopin de terre au gouvernement fédéral libéral pour un montant astronomique de 20 millions $ par année.

Pour couronner le tout, Ottawa s'est engagé sur un contrat blindé de 10 ans, garantissant à la firme privée des revenus totaux de 200 millions $ de fonds publics.

On parle souvent de la déconnexion des libéraux à Ottawa, mais là, mesdames et messieurs, ils ont officiellement quitté l'atmosphère terrestre.

Ils sont en orbite de la stupidité crasse !

Suivez-moi bien, l'arithmétique est pas compliquée, même un enfant de maternelle comprendrait qu'on se fait passer un sapin format géant.

Une p'tite business privée, des petits namis, on imagine, loue un bout de terre au gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Écosse pour 13 500 $.

Pas par mois là, par année. Le prix d'un char usagé fini.

Cette gang de génies-là prend le contrat, traverse la rue, va voir le gouvernement Carney à Ottawa, et leur loue le MÊME terrain pour 20 millions de piastres par année.

Pendant 10 ans !

Une business à 13 000 $ qui se transforme en jackpot de 200 millions $ sur le dos de vos taxes, de mes impôts, et de l'avenir de nos enfants.

C'est pas de la gestion, ça, c'est un vol à main armée avec la bénédiction de l'État !

Si vous faisiez ça dans le privé, vous finiriez en prison pour fraude, ou au minimum, vous feriez faillite le lendemain matin.

Mais à Ottawa ? On signe avec le sourire !

Et la réponse du ministre ? C'est ça le plus insultant. C'est là qu'on voit le mépris total qu'ils ont pour le peuple.

Le député lui demande poliment : "Heu, excusez-moi, c'est de l'argent public, c'est quoi le rapport d'un tel écart ?"

Et le ministre Champagne, l'air baveux, lui répond quoi ? " Checke ben, mon grand, élève-toi un peu.

C'est la sécurité nationale !

Je vais t'amener voir des astronautes, tu vas voir, ils ont des beaux habits spatiaux, ils vont te flatter la bedaine et tu vas oublier le 200 millions. "

Hey ! Monsieur le ministre ! On s'en torche-tu de tes astronautes quand le monde arrive plus à se payer de l'épicerie !

While they lecture us about “climate” and “equity,” real Canadians are in their cars after grocery shopping, breaking down.

🇲🇦🇿🇦 Morocco just took Africa's industrial crown, and South Africa lost it quietly.

For the first time since 2010, Morocco has overtaken South Africa as the continent's most industrialized nation. The margin is razor thin, 0.8415 to 0.8396, but the shift is real.

Morocco didn't get here by luck. It moved away from phosphates and car exports, diversified its industrial base, built a serious aeronautics sector, and turned Tanger Med into Africa's busiest port.

South Africa went the other way. Years of economic turmoil and declining competitiveness finally showed up in the rankings.

The AfDB called Africa's industrial shift "silent but irreversible." 14 years at the top and South Africa didn't see it coming.
