Been trying to call @edfenergy for a week but an automated message tells me to call at a less busy time and hangs up. Finally got past the machine today and been on hold for 1hour 31 mins and counting. I wonder when this call will be answered?? Wonder if @ofgem might help?

I spoke to 2 members of your staff today to ask for an estimated timescale to open the road to let me leave. One shrugged his shoulders and the other just said "this job has been authorised by the council".
30 mins to leave my road is unacceptable

@NewhamLondon @TfL how much longer will the road works outside Maryland station take? Why did you block all the side roads before completing the works on the main road? This causes gridlock in the area every single day and is dangerous for the road workers. #Traffic

At least open the side roads until the main road is fixed to ease congestion. Even @metpoliceuk @LondonFire and @Ldn_Ambulance struggle to get through the area due to the congestion

On the bright side he slowed down to give way to my wife as she turned into the road and took his parking space.

2/2 @Autoglass @DirectLine haven't had a call back from the manager to discuss my complaint. Clearly brushed under the carpet. He needs to learn basic communication skills before being allowed to work in a customer facing role. #complaint #CustomerService #CustomerExperience
