@telefonica_de Also, I had called on the next day of this sales call and asked customer care to cancel whatever was done illegally. They only cancelled my contract extension without revealing that the new sims were not cancelled. I assumed all fine until today when I got email!
@telefonica_de Hi, please don't cheat customers to make profit. Without my consent, 2 new sim cards have been ordered in my name in the highest tariff when I already have 2 active contracts! This is horrible! You have a serious problem with your sales team.
@telefonica_de I noticed a new mobile number in the email today, which is after 14 days. But anyways I believe the contract itself is not valid since it's legally not allowed to initiate new connection without written confirmation from me.

@telefonica_de I contacted and spoke. Ticket created, but sim not cancelled. I received a call from sales team abt contract extension. While discussing, they ordered two more sims! I told I don't understand German to discuss Contract extension and asked to email. But they did this illegally
