You all must have seen this very famous show on history TV while growing up
And must have heard about the very famous and beautiful "DAMASCUS BLADE" with really beautiful patterns
But what if I tell you the origin of Damascus Steel is INDIAN!!!
When I think of Lok Sabha strength being increased from 543 to 850, my first thought is not smaller constituencies, more responsive representatives, and all that.
It is - 307 more VIPs. That many more entitled rulers, free tickets, perks, security, expense, sigh.
Absolute lawless country right now:-
> City infrastructure rotting, roads look bombed, dust flying everywhere, garbage strewn all over
> Lawless driving, zero patience, road rage
> Zero accountability. You're on your own
> Trying to help a victim? Ha! Law works overtime
I reiterate the dire need for BRI (Belt & Rod) Initiative.
The man’s got grit! 💪 Read the full remarks of the CJI during the UGC case hearing, which left the likes of Kanchana, Nirdesh, Priyanka, Rajkumar Bhati, and Neelotati in utter shock:
CJI's Remarks:
"We want a casteless society; do you wish to take the country back into the past? The guidelines have been framed keeping only one side in mind, #SuryaKant ji."
On the Lawyer’s Argument:
"By blaming the entire caste system on Brahmins, you have dissolved hatred into society. Did Brahmins create the castes within Muslims as well? Are the castes among Christians also the contribution of Brahmins? Did Brahmins create the castes in Buddhism, Sikhism, and Jainism? If Brahminical castes are such a problem, then drop your caste name today! (#SupremeCourt) Who is stopping you? Who is forcing you to use a caste name?"
While Granting the Stay:
"If a community chooses to keep viewing itself as 'oppressed' even after reaching positions like IAS, IPS, CJI, President, or PM, then the fault lies not with Brahmins, but with their own mindset."
It was an extraordinary scene in court; the faces of the advocates and their supporters turned pale.
>be Gita Press
>founded by based Marwari chads in 1923 who wanted pure scriptures without missionary bullshit
>launch Kalyan magazine in 1926, becomes household name for spiritual guidance
>no fancy prices
>millions of Bhagavad Gitas, Ramcharitmanas, Puranas, Upanishads printed
>every temple, household has their books
>kept the wheel of Sanskritization in motion when secularoids & missionaries were converting villages
>survived ridicule in colonial era
>survived Partition, emergencies
>survived ideological hostility post-independence
>prints crores of copies anyway
>never compromise on quality or purity
>never rewrites texts to suit trends & narratives

🚨 BIG DECISION by Yogi Adityanath govt
Uttar Pradesh has imposed “ESMA” for six months, BANNING strikes by employees linked to essential services.
The law allows legal action against ILLEGAL strikes; punishment may include up to 6 months’ jail or a fine.
🎉 Happy 56th Birthday, Viswanathan Anand! 🎂🔥
@vishy64theking
From becoming India’s first GM to lifting the World Championship crown five times, Anand paved the way for generations.
With Gukesh now the Classical World Champion, his legacy shines brighter than ever — and as FIDE Deputy President, he continues to guide the future of the sport!
Wishing the Tiger of Madras a brilliant and fulfilling year ahead! 🌟♟️
It has come to my attention that SIR MVIT hostel students are being denied their hall tickets for external examinations due to an additional ₹6000 being demanded by the hostel authorities. This is despite students having already paid their full hostel fees at the start of the academic year, along with the ₹1680 examination fee.
Withholding hall tickets over such demands is highly unfair and places undue pressure on students during a critical time. I strongly condemn this action. Education and examination access should never be used as leverage for unrelated financial issues.
I will be speaking with the Principal and the management regarding this matter to seek an immediate and just resolution.

Inside you there are two wolves
One which is an ardent nationalist that earnestly watches the 26th Jan military parade & sings the anthem
The other wishes the end of the Ambedkarite Secular republic for the absolute cringe its given this nation since 1950
🇮🇳
Hikaru only said that India has no chess culture and praised Vishwanathan Anand for changing that.
And now Indians are abusing him & reminding him that Chess was invented in India. 😭
It is important to understand what is Chess Culture. India had zero world class players before Vishy and that tells a lot about Chess Culture in India.
We taught our kids to play Cricket, Ludo & Snakes & Ladder. How many of your parents know how to play Chess and taught you to play Chess??
Stop getting offended on every other thing.
The Maharashtra government has declared 1,500 geoglyphs across 70 locations in the Ratnagiri district as protected monuments under the Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act of 1960.
What are geoglyphs?
Where is the World's Largest Geoglyph?
What is its significance ?
There is something about @13harmanpreet that reminds me of MS Dhoni. Congrats to Captain Cool and his boys. Salute to @16Sreejesh and best wishes for his retirement. @TheHockeyIndia
