I think you should scrap the 48-hour issue resolution policy. Why dupe your consumers through false promises?
Access to drinking water is a fundamental requirement to survive. If you cannot provide prompt service, please do not enter such critical markets and punish the consumer.

@EurekaForbes You really need to get ahold of your customer service.
Your technician resolved my issue on 17 August but the purifier malfunctioned within 4 days. I raised a new complaint on 22 August and inspite of multiple escalations, 20 days later, the issue is not resolved.

@EurekaForbes has one of the most pathetic customer services. I raised a ticket on 3rd August and despite multiple escalations and assurances that the technician would contact me in 24 hrs, I am yet to receive a single call from them over the last 10 days.

@EurekaForbes To add to that, I contacted the customer care and was informed that the complaint I raised on 3 Aug is now “closed by the back end team”. This is extremely ridiculous and an unfair practice done by your team. This is not how a customer should be treated, I’m sorry to say.
