@StandardBankZA
Dear Standard Bank South Africa,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delayed payout on my aunt’s claim. She submitted her claim on the 16th of April 2025, and followed on the 22nd yet as of today, no payout has been made.

[Yaya @yamihlee]

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution to ensure that the claim is processed without further delay. @StandardBankZA you can do better than this!!

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Yesterday, she spent approximately three hours on a self-service phone call, during which she was informed by the representative that she had not made the payment for this month. However, this seems to be an error, as the debit order is scheduled for the last day of each month.

However, this seems to be an error, as the debit order is scheduled for the last day of each month. She was advised to wait for an SMS notification, but the situation remains unresolved.
