RENDER
Orthographic camera + OrbitControls + white background

Wireframe only: EdgesGeometry + black LineBasicMaterial
NoToneMapping + FXAA antialiasing

STRUCTURE
R×C column grid + X/Y beams + top slab userData.type: 'column'|'beam'|'slab'

CONTROLS
lil-gui: Hc(height), Db(beam depth), Ts(slab), Gx(spacing)
Rebuild geometry on change + GSAP tween(0.4s, power2.out)

AUDIO
Upload file → WebAudio API → volume/frequency → column/beam scaling
Animate per frame with requestAnimationFrame

EXPORT
GLB button → clone wireframes → GLTFExporter
