@DanFriedman81 Admittedly anecdotal, but in each of the four times I've been i/on a panel, one attorney used his strikes to wipe-out educated jurors and in two of the four, both sides did. Such strikes hit me 3/4. Wasn't around to see the verdicts if any, but arbitrariousness seems foreseeable.

@SewerRat89 @ReichlinMelnick An odd hill to fight so hard for in that they have been repeatedly caught red tongued lying thru their teeth (even conservative judges telling them to GTFO) and this defendant isn't particularly menacing ... despite the character assassination trying to make him appear so.
