@Delta ur losing a loyal, full price paying customer. You made my nonstop flight to Atl STOP in Miami 4 customs cause Atlanta customs closed at 9. YOU knew that! THEN you completely lost my bag! It’s gone and no one at delta knows where it is! Not do they care to find it!
@westelm WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The reps lie to you, you get false notifications, and they are grossly under trained! I waited 10 months for furniture too! had to cancel it. Just finished hour long call 4 a product that never came! Ur the worst @westelm
@westelm you’re customer service people are grossly under trained and I’ve had nothing but issues trying to order from you. Never again. Get it together! Ugh!
@GetSpectrum I have been a loyal customer for years and you just lost my business with ur policy of not allowing customers to prorate their account when they move and STILL use ur service! I will never use you again and I will tell others not to use you! Terrible service!
