As a result of a US government directive, we are suspending access to Claude Fable 5 for all users. You can continue to use all other Claude models.
Here’s what this means for you:
Across Claude products, new sessions will run on your selected default model or Opus 4.8, and existing Fable 5 sessions will end with an error.
On the Claude Platform, requests to Fable 5 will also return an error. Please update your integrations to other Claude models.
We know this is a disruption to your workflows; we appreciate your patience and support.
Day 6 of @shipordie_
Currently in Da Nang but the building never stops!
Feels like everyone has built insane features using Claude Fable 5 in the past 2 days since its release
day 4 of @shipordie_
instead of targeting broadly, i've decided to niche down into my own industry
i already spent months building my original version for my own business so niching back into my own industry has gained me back lots of building hours
here's an example screesnshot of the kanban board
finally started on my 30 day challenge yesterday by picking the idea.
day 2 of the challenge: using /goal in codex to build out the entire project
turns out that is probably the worst (laziest) way to accomplish so restarting the whole process again by starting with figma first
Just joined @jackfriks and @marclou’s ship or die app (https://t.co/GAEPcssVjj)
Guess I gotta start shipping in 30 days 😅
This is probably the best way for me to start shipping something lfg
Introducing Claude Code Security, now in limited research preview.
It scans codebases for vulnerabilities and suggests targeted software patches for human review, allowing teams to find and fix issues that traditional tools often miss.

How to connect MCP servers to Claude Code:
In a new terminal window:
claude mcp add <name> -- <command> <arg1> <arg2>
Example of adding env or APIs:
Claude mcp add brightdata -e API_TOKEN=xxx -e WEB_UNLOCKER_ZONE=xxx -- npx @brightdata/mcp
Most useful MCPs I regularly use:
As an avid ex user of Cursor, Claude code is much superior
In cursor you burn through your allocated credits very fast and a monthly subscription wasn’t sufficient and I often had to top up
In Claude code, your tokens refresh every 4 hours so having a monthly plan was sufficient
Why do you lose AI tooling in Claude code? Use MCPs within Claude Code and it’s performance will still be superior/exceed Cursor’s
