@OnePlus_IN my 2 months old oneplus 12 is having a manufacturing defect, service center has failed to get it fixed twice in last 4 days. I am wasting my time, energy and getting stressed while I am also mourning demise of my nani from last week. Pls help with device replacement.

Hi @OnePlus_IN @Flipkart , can you please clear the confusion that if flipkart is unauthorized one plus seller and devices purchased from flipkart aren't covered under warranty. If true where ONEPLUS published this message, if false why ONEPLUS_SUPPORT mentions it each time.
