@Ryanair countless hours on the phone trying to get an update on my query and no response. €110 charge for ‘not checking in an empty bag’ is beyond ridiculous. I didn’t exceed my purchased weight allowance, just combined the amount into one case. Which your staff advised was OK.

@Ryanair Yes, I am aware of that. But I combined my purchased weight into one hold bag because was told I could however was charged €110 for it. How does this make any sense? It is exactly the same weight whether it is in one bag or two. I require a refund of €110. Thanks.

@Ryanair I am told on your online chat that if I purchase a 20kg and 10kg hold bag I can combine the weight and use only one hold bag however when at the airport today they say it has to be two bags and charge me an extra €110 to just keep the one hold bag - unacceptable!!
