Was working online since morning with a stable internet for the first time when randomly the connection completed disconnected itself. (red blinking led)
Called customer care, they started playing stupid games - turn router on/off, disconnenct & connect again multiple times(2/6)

As soon as she said outage, I got a whatsapp message saying there is some outage. It happened at the exact same time cause I noticed my laptop showing a WA notification, so I know she was the one who sent it.
