Market Breadth gave me no reason to pay attention to yesterday’s up-move.
(Note: Market was up but breadth was down/flat).

A probable reason for the up-move might be that the stocks that already took above average beating recently saw some value buying thereby pushing the indices up.

But when beaten down stocks see buying, it doesn’t really push breadth up. (Eg: Stocks way below the 50 day might very well remain below the 50 day even after it sees decent buying). This is why breadth is an indispensable tool in your SA toolkit. It helps you differentiate between a false up-move and a real one.

Breadth doesn’t blink when it sees a bull or two, it only budges when it sees a herd.

I will continue to sleep.💤

But know that this will end up being a great opportunity when things turn around. Just keep track of names that are like 90’s film heroes. No matter how much you shoot them, they just don’t go down!

Cleared my CA final in Nov 2020 and attended virtual adv. ITT through virtual mode (record. lectures & MCQ after each video). I have received certificate of Advanced ITT. Now do I need to again give advanced ITT exam also before applying for membership.

I just heard it’s not just few thousands. It’s 4.5 lakhs students. Again curfew announced in Ahmedabad and other cities to fight COVID19. Exam centres are keep changing & keeping lakhs of Student’s lives in stake. This is not fair.
