Just got scammed by @Zoomcar_India once again in goa,consumer rights is a joke here.
Our calls have been turned down by their services and their contact has blocked us off.

@Zoomcar_India @jagograhakjago @Dx_moranga @Pratapbiswas00 Apparently, he was fully aware that we won't be getting the refund if we cancel the ride. The refund on the app shows 0 right now. He is not answering our calls and has blocked few of us. We were stuck without any means of travelling at 6 in the morning.

On arrival at the pickup point, we contacted the car owner and he informed us the car won't be available for a single day. When we told him to cancel the booking, he said he cannot do it from his side and made us cancel the booking.

Multiple calls to the coordinator have been turned down nor there is any update from the customer service.
