Passengers stranded before getting into the security check @HeathrowAirport due to computer system outage. Are we too reliant on technology? All the staff just waiting for the computers to be fixed...
@joysenguptaTOI Have an insane airline story for you. Two senior citizens travelling Business class from TLS to PNQ got checked in through PNQ. At T3 DEL transfer desk, they were told that the connecting 6E flight to PNQ doesn't exist!
@HeathrowAirport@AeroAndyUK You should be ashamed of your immigration wait times.. look at other major airports in the world. It's the only airport in the world where there is so much collective stress about immigration wait times. Shouldn't be that hard to fix...
@virginmedia We are kept on hold for 2-3 hours and can't reach any one. Still don't have internet. It's been two weeks. Absolutely shameless on your part.
@virginmedia But your team is unreachable. I have been trying every day. Do you expect us to spend our work days waiting for 3-4 hours just to speak to customer care?
@virginmedia If it is a fault then you need to fix your infrastructure rather than crying foul. Fixing faults promptly is your responsibility. Why should your consumers suffer for 2 weeks..I am absolutely appalled by this gross incompetence and frankly, deception.
@virginmedia The question really is how can you get away with providing service only 50% of the time while promising stuff like you will 'ride' with Virgin. There's better and more reliable internet in remote corners of the world. You constantly have issues in London of all places...
@virginmedia Furthermore, your customer care service is non-existent. All responses received thus far are automated - both via chat and on phone. Do you expect consumers to spend their workdays on hold for 3-4 hours just to get basic internet service?
@virginmedia None of those numbers are reachable. I have tried several times only to be put on hold. Appreciate that there might be glitches but under English law, your services have to be 'fit for purpose '.Do you think not providing reliable internet for 4 out of 8 weeks is fit for purpose?
