@EurekaForbes complaint pending with technician since 16-Jan-26. Messaged him on 16th telling him that the service on 03rd was not appropriately done and the purifier was already stopping. He kept delaying it and now today when the purifier absolutely stopped, he denied service.

AMC means prompt service for others- for this one, it means making customer suffer- Make the app redundant and asks you to call them, keeps you on hold for 10 mins and then say we don’t have any slot, we will look after your non-working unit after 3 days, pls manage w/o water

For everyone, don’t buy @EurekaForbes and if you do, don’t buy the AMC. Just a big scam waiting to explode. They keep complaints open for 20 days, & when the unit stops working after service, they don’t let you complain saying we have seen a lot of complaints for the unit.

@EurekaForbes I registered a complaint on 5th Sept and still I’m yet to receive any response from the technician. Followed up multiple times, escalated but no avail. Have gold amc which I will not be renewing now considering such exceptional service provided..
