2025 NTV Presidential Debate audience question:
MP Muwadda Nkunyingi asks: Would you consider backing Bobi Wine since he seems to have much more popular support?
Mugisha Muntu: We’re always open to discussion as ANT. In 2011, we generated crowds that have not been seen in this country. So, if we were to seat and agree on strategies for both (NUP and ANT), strategies could be agreed. I have no problem.
Frank Bulira: I appreciate Bobi Wine in bringing this struggle to where it is, but this struggle started in 1960s with big crowds from Dr Ssemogerere, Dr Besigye. Dr Besigye didn't deliver us to the promised land. The crowds are important but they have to be having a guided focus. In fact, I’d be the person Bobi Wine should rally behind because I’m the solution to this country’s problem.
Nandala Mafabi: For you, you maybe mobilizing using music or guns like Museveni. There’s no measuring tool that you’re the best. So, we wait with time.
Mabirizi: On joining Kyagulanyi…I sat with him thrice in his house….I’m born again… I wrote to him twice and I have written to these presidential candidates to join hands but they didn’t respond. So, what do you want us to do?

Modern marriages face new pressures. Many young people rush into commitments, often without real compatibility or strong communication skills. Unmanaged emotions, unrealistic expectations, and the influence of social media complicate relationships further. These shifting dynamics explain why marriages today don’t last as long as they once did…..get to know each other better and deepen personal bonds before committing to marriage.
Dear comrade @CanaryMugume, I come to openly tell you that I stand with you amidst the ongoing turbulence. This too will end. You’re a very kind, ambitious, sanguine and steadfast guy. If you ever had issues with @sashaferguson12, your wife with whom you’ve walked for years, it could have been out of naivety of what marriage takes, or unmet expectations. Most, if not all, people condemning you, are in fairytale marriages or unmarried. Marriage is premised on imperfections. I’ve been married for decades, it’s always been thorny. Everyday we have chance to celebrate our imperfections and work towards better. Your marriage never had chance to pass the test of time. Pick up the pieces, learn, relearn and unlearn. Stay firm!
