@johnarnold As someone who used to think this way and almost always went inside to get my order, now with a newborn I am sadly a drive thru girly for the foreseeable future. I know not everyone has a newborn but I try to think that there’s probably a reason they’re in the drive thru 😭
@intjgamergirl@techhsiren I eat clean, walk 1.5 miles at least 4X a week, do my little work outs on my yoga mat while my baby sleep and I’m no where near my pre baby weight. Baby is 10 weeks old and I look like trash. Breastfeeding ‘makes the weight fall right off’ is the biggest lie ever told to women.
HAVING BABIES. You don’t have time to sit around throwing pity parties & ruminating all your problems when you’re tending to another persons needs. Also BABY GIGGLES, BABY SMELL, BABY EVERYTHING cure all 🩵
If you're using AI to write essays, eulogies, a text to your wife, I do think less of you as a person. Ceding your mental and creative abilities to a machine is an embarrassing thing and people should be ashamed to admit doing it in public.
@JohnEkdahl tired of this argument. 1981- a time when you could pay for a house in 3 years’ salary. idc if the interest rates were 16%, it was monumentally easier to afford a house then vs now.
moving to a walkable city won’t solve all your problems but it will allow you to get drunk and just walk around and that is peak activity you can’t get just any where
