I find this analogy unhelpful in that cannibalism is taboo but perfectly morally permissible under duress. The survivors of the 1972 Andes Flight Disaster live ordinary lives and regularly do talks at schools in Uruguay where they speak candidly about engaging in cannibalism.

There is a startling amount of abuse in lesbian c4t relationships but because it is often coloured by transphobia (cis women pressuring trans women into PIV, meddling in their choices around HRT, controlling how they present and dress) nobody really talks about it as a problem.
