@TfL quite an astoundingly poor bus service you are "providing" these days from Waterloo Station stops. People have been waiting in excess of 20 mins and I wasn't even here for the start of the queue
@JohnLewisRetail Astounded at the number of calls I need to have regarding my John Lewis order being delivered to the wrong address by EVRI. I have spoken to 3 different Customer Service agents who are not able to resolve the issue. I expected shoddy service from EVRI, not JL
@TfL You have removed bus 26 from the Waterloo route but do not seem to have increased the remaining services to compensate. Waits are now commonly over 10 mins and services overcrowded. Ridiculous
@SW_Help@swtrains_watch another day, another sweltering hot train, this time the 16.43 from Woking to Waterloo. Is it really so difficult to turn on the A/C? I seem to recall that SWT had no such issues.
@SW_Help That's insanity on hot days in carriages full of people. Maybe the blanket rule between June to September is that the A/C is turned on? I recall when SWT operated the service, the carriages were always cool during the summer. There are a lot of older people on this train.
@SW_Help@swtrains_watch can you get the A/C turned on for the 17.30 from Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour please? It really should be turned on as a matter of course over the summer. I've lost count of how many times I've been on sweltering carriages, often standing.
@SW_Help@swtrains_watch is there a reason a peak rush hour train, the 7.54 from Guildford to London Waterloo is only made up of 4 carriages? Even 8 is not enough!
@NatWest_Help I seem to be stuck in an interminable loop of calling NatWest, being on hold, using the call back function, only to be called back to be put on hold...madness and not the customer service hoi advertise
@TfL 2 buses (341 and 76) have just driven past the Chancery Lane stop towards Waterloo without stopping for no apparent reason. They were not full. Shocking service.

@SW_Help where online can I request a refund for my season ticket? Your website says to log in to my account, which I have done so and I cannot see anywhere to claim. I filled in the online form for a refund over a month ago and have heard nothing.
@SW_Railway well done on announcing a change the platform of the late running 9.15 from Woking to London Waterloo as the train is pulling in. I am sure the mother & heryoung child appreciated having to take her child up and down stairs in a rush too...accident waiting to happen

@SW_Help@swtrains_watch any particular reason why there have been last minute (literally) platform changes for London bound trains from Woking for the past 2 days? Today, platform change for the 8.46 to London announced on the platform at 8.45, as the train was arriving.
