Juliet Karitanyi, a Feminist acknowledged that there is progress in terms of Policy changes to ensure girls and women rights, but stressed that there are still challenges like menstrual hygiene products prices which are still very high despite existing government initiatives
Anastase Ntihabose, @RwandaGender representative highlighted that "gender equality is not a favor, it is a fundamental right". Highlighting the political will on the side of the Government of Rwanda that will continue to enable space for gender equality over generations
