Caleb Hammer reveals why housing in California's is unaffordable.
Guest: "If I'm interested in buying a house, what do I have to do? And they told me that I would have to go to a loan shark."
Caleb: "Why has the cost of housing gone up? Most reasons. Zoning in this country. Environmental policies, which again, I will agree with you that they're not all bad. But when they prevent housing in California by years."
"You know in Texas, good old red Republican Texas. We've outpaced California in solar production, battery production, and wind power because we actually allow people to build. Instead of in California, it's like you, it's all performative."
"But then the environmental regulations have gotten in the way, and it's impossible to build anything."
Caleb Hammer was stunned when this couple said they wanted to leave America because they believe the country is moving against the LGBTQ community.
Caleb: “America sucks?”
Guest: “Yeah.”
Caleb: “That’s why everyone tries to move here. That’s interesting. Why does America suck?”
Guest: “We’re gay. Everything that’s going on with possibly… laws against the trans community”
Caleb: “You’re not trans.”
Guest: “No, but it’s a part of our community. We have to remember the trans people too.”
Caleb: “Sure, but it’s not really going anti-gay. Things have only gotten better for gay people.
Breastfeeding Mother Says She Believed It Was Safe to Breastfeed After Drinking by Using Alcohol Test Strips
Guest: Says her second DUI happened after a night of drinking with friends. She believed it was safe to breastfeed after drinking because she used alcohol test strips on her breast milk.
Caleb Hammer: Challenges her decisions, reminding her she drove home to breastfeed and questioning why she continued drinking.
Guest: Admits she was too drunk to drive. After quitting alcohol following her first DUI, she relapsed, with weekend drinking eventually becoming a nightly habit. She says she's now out on bond, wearing a breathalyser, and is seven days sober.
Caleb Hammer: Pushes back on her explanation that boredom as a stay-at-home mum led to her drinking again.
Lady accuses Caleb Hammer of being out of touch with reality for advising people against credit cards on his shows.
She says he can’t comprehend handling multiple jobs and also questions him for not giving his employee a birthday day off.
Lady: "I guess you don't understand that as much now that you know you have this big studio and stuff like that so maybe you kind of can't comprehend that."
Caleb: "I can't comprehend what?"
Lady: "Just kind of having a lot of financial bills... live paycheck to paycheck to just pay for my survival needs.
Just because you have like all of this money and revenue that you can then pay for others for you"
Lady:“I know someone's here working on their birthday."
Caleb:“Is this someone's birthday today? Nah.
Lady:“You don't even know your own employees."
Caleb:“I don't know everyone's birthday."
"Adults work on their birthday."
"If he wanted to request it, he could have."
Lady: "I work for an NGO at least they give us our birthdays off”
Caleb: "I'm forcing him to have a week off in what? Two and a half weeks?"
"And I'm losing revenue for that because we're not uploading that week."
Lady: "You're losing that understanding that you know.”
Caleb:“explain to me how I'm losing that understanding though, cause I’ve worked multiple jobs before”
Lady: "Your multiple jobs to make your bills do is because of your McDonald's. Isn't that what you tell everybody?"
Caleb: "I went to McDonald's shirt all throughout my life but I had rent in college and utilities.
Credit cards can be a damaging tool to people"
Lady:“If you have it's either starve or buy some groceries. Of course I'm going to use my credit card if I have.
Caleb Hammer tells a guest with rheumatoid arthritis to get a job.
Caleb Hammer: What disability do you have?
Guest: Rheumatoid arthritis. Look at my weird fingers.
Caleb Hammer: Oh my fucking God. Go fuck yourself in… uh, Anime Land.
Guest: If it means that the pain goes away, I’ll go all over it. Don’t you worry.
Caleb Hammer: Crap! You can draw for a living!
Guest: Yeah.
Caleb Hammer: Shut the fuck up!
Guest: I can sit down and draw someone getting knotted by a werewolf and make 400 bucks, and then just go eat.
Caleb Hammer: Buddy, you make $32,000 a year, okay?
Guest: Uh-huh.
Caleb Hammer: And you game for 8 hours a day.
Guest: More than 8.
Caleb Hammer: Exactly, so shut up! You can fucking do customer service.
Guest: Customer service?
Caleb Hammer: Customer service!
Guest: Customer service?
Caleb Hammer: Yes, that’s a job that exists in the real world that people do! We have people like them here.
Guest: How the hell would customer service work from home?
Caleb Hammer: Many do.
Guest: Do they?
Caleb Hammer: Yeah, hourly work from home, yes, absolutely!
Guest: Huh. That’s a thing I can do.
Caleb Hammer: You can do a lot.
Guest: No, I mean, I really genuinely did not know that was a thing I could do, is what I’m saying.
Caleb Hammer: All right, CourseCareers. I’m going to get you a CourseCareers certification in a certification of your choice. You can do tech, you can do trades. You’re not going to do trades. And that will maybe go into IT or something. So I’ll get you that. A lot of people in the audience have converted them into six figure jobs.
Caleb Hammer was stunned when this Trans couple said they want to leave America because Trump was elected and wants to enforce two genders law.
Caleb: “That’s why you had to get married quicker?”
Guest: “No the getting married quicker part was because when Trump was nominated for president, we got scared.”
Caleb: “Is this going to be a very political conversation?”
Guest: “A little bit.”
Caleb: “Okay. I’m not going to give my opinion. I’m just going to ask questions. I want everyone right or left to get their finances taken care of.”
Guest says the American Dream is dead and wants to leave the U.S.
Caleb Hammer: Okay, so what’s going on, man? What are we talking about?
Guest: So, okay, so here’s the big thing, is that we want to move out of the country.
Caleb Hammer: Why?
Guest: A number of reasons. Some political, with like how things are going right now. But also just, look man, the American dream is not a thing anymore. If it ever was, it’s not a thing anymore in 2025.
Caleb Hammer: Is it, “I want to live in other parts of the world to experience other parts of the world?” Or is it, “I want to leave because America is dead?” That’s a different conversation.
Guest: It’s a combination of both.
Guest: I want more. I want to live in a walkable city.
Caleb Hammer: You’re from New York. Go back.
Guest: The point is to get to a place where I can explore more, where there are walkable cities, and where I might want to raise children.
Caleb Hammer: I’ll support what you want to do. If your reason is, “I like the culture, I want the walkability,” that’s fine.
Caleb Hammer: A lot of people are willing to blow everything up because politics in its current state are what they disagree with, when it’ll probably change in four years.
Caleb Hammer: They’re willing to blow up their life just for the sake of an election, which is very silly.
Caleb Hammer couldn’t believe what his guest called “Pressure”
Guest: My ex-girlfriend pressured me for sex. She kept pestering me until I said yes.
Caleb Hammer: Wait, hold on. What do you mean she pressured you into sex?
Guest: She kept pestering me until I said yes.
Caleb Hammer: Constantly?
Guest: Constantly.
Caleb Hammer: What was the pestering? What does that look like?
Guest: We had just gotten back together, and I was like, “Hey, I don’t want to do this. I want to work on our relationship.” She was constantly asking me.
Caleb Hammer: Okay, well, that’s not inherently bad in a relationship. How she does it might be bad, but if you’re just saying, “Hey, can we have sex?”
Guest: No, she was just trying to start things, and I would stop her.
Caleb Hammer: Okay… she was making a move. Did she stop when you said no?
Guest: Yeah, but she would constantly keep doing it.
Caleb Hammer: Making a move in a relationship is bad? What the f** is happening?!
Guest: She flipped the script and said I was the one doing that, and my mom believed her.
Caleb Hammer: Who even cares who’s asking who for sex when dating?!
Guest: She said I was pressuring her into it.
Caleb Hammer: “Pressuring.” Dude, making a move isn’t pressuring! Your partner making a move on you, and stopping when you say no, is not assault! You are not a victim! No one believes anything anymore for the real victims because of you!
You’ve destroyed the dating pool. The sexlessness among young people is your fault. The lack of cold approach is your fault. You’ve destroyed our dating culture.
Caleb Hammer explains to a liberal guest that Amazon already pays taxes for public infrastructure after she argued the company should fund road improvements instead of the city.
Caleb: Dude, you’re broken.
Guest: What is it, please?
Caleb: Okay, get your point. Get your point.
Guest: So, very specifically, there’s an Amazon warehouse, and I just saw a Walmart one right next to it the other day built off of a two-lane road. But that traffic now…
Caleb: Crazy.
Guest: …that two-lane road wouldn’t be a problem if Amazon wasn’t there.
Caleb: That’s the city’s responsibility!
Guest: It should be Amazon’s responsibility.
Caleb: To pay for public…
Guest: Because that two-lane road wouldn’t be a problem if Amazon wasn’t there.
Caleb: That’s actually impressive. I’ve never witnessed someone so far left that they’re actually advocating for degrowth policies. I’ve never seen someone in real life advocate for a degrowth policy. That’s one of the most impressive things I’ve ever heard in my life.
Guest: I’m not saying not build them. I’m saying they need to put the infrastructure around them so it doesn’t negatively affect…
Caleb: Why is it the warehouse’s responsibility? It’s the city.
Guest: They’re building in rural areas where this two-lane road is an issue.
Caleb: So New York City, we want them to add more housing so people can afford more, right?
Guest: Yes.
Caleb: Should it be the people who build the housing’s fault to add an extra lane to the highway because more people are moving in?
Guest: They should have some sort of responsibility in it.
Caleb: They pay taxes. Property taxes, which those warehouses certainly do, and income taxes paid to the state and redistributed to the city. It’s your city’s fault for not allocating the resources properly. Advocate for that.
Caleb: Girl, there’s lots of things I can complain about Amazon for. Some of the working conditions with heat, that was bad. You and me can be on the same page for that. But you went and advocated for a degrowth policy. That’s one of the most insane things I’ve ever heard in my life.
Guest: I’m not saying they should be fully responsible, but they should…
Caleb: They’re paying taxes. They’re paying taxes for that infrastructure. If the city decides not to upgrade it, that’s on the city. Vote for someone different.
Caleb Hammer presses his guest to explain why America is misogynistic
Caleb Hammer: I literally have your notes word for word that “America is a racist and misogynist country.” How are we misogynist at this point?
Guest: We’re built on a patriarchy.
Caleb Hammer: At this point! We’re talking today. How are we misogynist specifically today?
Guest: Misogyny is built into everything.
Caleb Hammer: I’m literally being pushed to hire women at this company just so we can have more women. I’m only going to hire people based on merit. I’m being pushed to hire a less qualified person because they’re a woman. Where is the misogyny?
Guest: In elected office, women make up 50% of the population, but only hold like 30% of office.
Caleb Hammer: Get more to run for office! Is that misogynistic that they voted for someone that they wanted to represent them?
Guest: I know a lot of people who don’t vote for women because they’re women.
Caleb Hammer: Well, that’s a misogynistic person. Do we have a misogynistic country as a whole? Do you think Clinton specifically lost ’cause she was a woman?
Guest: No, I wouldn’t have voted for Hillary Clinton.
Caleb Hammer: A lot of people don’t like career politicians. She didn’t lose ‘cause she’s a woman. Kamala probably lost because the primary process didn’t exist, and people felt cheated from that. They didn’t lose because they were women. Where’s the misogyny?
Every single individual who has entered the West illegally should be deported. Every person who has entered legally and who is loyal to an ideology that is antithetical to the West’s foundational values should also be deported. This is a battle for the soul of humanity. Wake up. Grow a pair.
Under Pedro Sanchez:
- Sex with animals was decriminalized
- Assisted suicide was legalized
- Supervised drug consumption rooms were established
- Sex changes for kids as young as 12 were legalized
- Abortion for 16-year-olds without parental consent was legalized
- A government registry for those caught protesting abortion was created
- The government launched a system to track and crack down on “online hate speech”
- Mass amnesty was granted to 1.5 million African Muslim migrants
This was the trajectory we were on before Trump was elected in 2024. It is how a country is destroyed from the inside.
Canadians consume over a billion donuts a year, more than any other country on earth. Donuts are ultra processed food made from refined flour, added sugars, hydrogenated oils, and artificial additives Donuts are addicting ask any cop. ultra-processed foods are deliberately engineered using the exact same product design, brain-hijacking chemistry, and misleading marketing tactics that the tobacco industry perfected in its heyday. Nine out of ten liberal politicians recommend a donut a day.
Canada, UK, and USA consume the most UPF (ultra processed food) fifty percent of their daily calories come from UPF, Recent global studies link ultra-processed foods (UPFs) to premature death and decreased life expectancy in Canada, the UK, and the USA, as well as a decrease in population growth, Ultra-processed foods are linked to physical harm across every major organ system in the human body,
Under the last ten years of liberal leadership, welfare costs in Canada have increased from 77 billion to 135 billion all paid for by Canadian taxpayers.
Canada is run on a pyramid scheme if you don't increase population, pensions and healthcare will fail. The number of working-age people for every senior aged 65 and older dropped from 7.7 in 1966 to 3.4 in 2022, and is projected to fall near 3. Young people now pay more tax's to support a failing system than their predecessors did and doubtful they will even collect a pension when they reach retirement age as Canada's birth rate is dramatically declining and is producing half of what is necessary to sustain Canada's pensions and healthcare costs.
Canada’s immigration loopholes have created a pipeline exploited by Indian human smuggling networks and those seeking illegal entry into the United States. The 50,000 missing students from Canada’s immigration system were only the beginning of a much larger immigration crisis.
