Found guilty of abusing an 11 week old puppy called Rocko. The vet reported the worse postmortem findings he'd ever seen, cigarette burn caused eye to prolapse, hip fracture, ruptured liver, head trauma, all just 6 days after he bought the puppy from a breeder.

@chezdon1997 @errjustsaying @Metzyco1 It’s an outbreak of Legionella and no, testing is not a thing of the past. I work for a compliance company and we test everyday for Legionella in schools, hospitals, hotels, offices and tenanted properties.
This ought to have been carried out before anyone was moved in.
