RETENTION HACK:

add a walkthrough right after your paywall and actually show people what your app does

every screen, every important feature, everything they just unlocked

you’ve seen your app thousands of times so everything feels obvious to you

it’s not obvious to them

this made a HUGE difference for me

now almost no instant cancellations and refund requests

I don't understand people complaining about app store review process taking so long

I shipped an update 5 hours ago and its already approved, it is usually like that I wait 30 hours max

If I ship on the weekend it takes less than 10 hours I think it is because less people are shipping updates on the weekend and the waiting line isn't crowded for reviews so its faster

influencer marketing is dead.

you can have new accounts posting about your business 24/7 and get pretty much the same views and results as influencers

why pay influencers when you can scale it yourself and for a lot cheaper?
