@airtelNigeria I need answers. I bought a 100GB monthly data bundle on Sept. 4, and just 4 days later I’m being told I have no active bundle.

I’ve been unable to log into the Airtel app for weeks because the OTP is not delivered to my router SIM. When I request a resend, the OTP arrives expired. The SIM is in a router and cannot simply be used in my phone.

I have repeatedly contacted customer care asking for a full breakdown of how my 100GB was consumed, but I’m getting generic responses telling me to use the app—which I cannot access because of your OTP problem.

Where did my 100GB go? I want a proper investigation and a detailed usage breakdown for 0911617570.

If Airtel cannot explain how 100GB disappeared in four days, I will continue escalating this publicly until I get a proper answer.
