@jzux Between The administrative and bureaucratic burden of being an adult, holding onto a job, and making sure your kids survive in this increasingly screwed up country is indeed exhausting, and does not leave any energy or room for hobbies
@paulg Good. It’s. BS degree out of Harvard that still got ppl onto Wall Street, big law, and political position’s because of connections and the ability to write/speak (bloviate). Let the students now learn something tangible.
@KonstantinKisin issue isnt women working/equality. Its households now depend on 2 ext incomes. while running a house/raising kids is an unpaid 3rd job. Society can provide more support 2alleviate struggle like extended paid leave 4births. Mother/child healthcare, childcare b4 age 5, tax credits
@elonmusk@engineers_feed 2023 is arbitrary # cosmically, just based on Gregorian calendar which was shoved down ppls throats via violence. Its like the year 4000+ in several civ calendars. Perhaps more aptly these plugs haven’t consolidated in ~100yrs. Also a trivial number for civ. Thot ur smarter 🙄
@elonmusk Real q Elon. U seem 2 of the mind that ppl should make rational choices n deal w/consequences. Ppl now, rationally, r not having kids. Bc they R a huge effort n require resources. Society (public/private) has done nothing 2support ppl having kids. Yet u go on about “pop collapse”
@_hazarewal @ybees3 Incredibly ignorant. These families will b multi-cultural w/wider roots. Theyll b more understanding of/empathetic w/others. Theyll create their own new cultures. thats actually how cultures/roots R formed. Even w/in countries cultures/roots vary. The World changes over time…🙄
