@pattanaikpj@OlaElectric The job cards keep cancelling automatically by the system, god knows how and why they get cancelled, mine is cancelled twice and no luck yet to get my scooter back from service center
@OlaElectric The hyperservice team does not provide service in time, it has been almost 4 months now that the vehicle brokedown but no resolution yet, what we will do with this new feature when vehicle itself is out of order? Worst company ever in terms of providing services

Nothing else than this you will hear from them, and it is their pet line, no resolution
@IRInvesting Service will still remain the same, they will keep the vehicle (if it gets brokedown) until the RC expires, mine is pending for resolution from almost 4 months now

Posting here is also worthless it seems as no actions are taken. Looks as if everyone is making this mistake. Not worth going for an OLA and invite unnecessary inconvenience to our lives. Total Rubbish
@deepgoyel Good to see that numbers are growing and would also like to see service also gets better to the end users, users like me have been waiting for resolution from last 3 months but no one reached out to me, every time I am trying to reach that too with no resolution yet @OlaElectric
@OlaEV_Support@OlaElectric for you to know ground reality of your services to end users, no resolution yet from 3 months, and no update from last more than 1 month about issue resolution, scooter is at service center and battery looks to be drained completely, no one is looking into the issue
@OlaEV_Support No one has responded about the issue resolution and the battery seems to have drained in full. Worst ever services from any vehicle service provider ever, no one is bothered to take ownership and get the issue resolved, it has been more than a month with no update from the OLA
