On 31/8/25, I raised a police complaint. The officers deployed communicated with me via WhatsApp. Today, this officer chose to change privacy settings so the chat is extra private and temporary, and then text me as if we're friends. @BlrCityPolice @CPBlr is this normal now?

Craziest thing I wanted to highlight this week is about a pediatrician fighting tooth and nail against fake ORS product marketed by a huge money loaded private pharma company who legally threatened her for calling out THEIR bluff...

...and then she finding herself at a national pediatric conference which was majorly sponsored by THE same company and all pediatricians there, including the president of the pediatric organization chilling with the sponsor money...

...when children across the country are fed rebranded fake ORS.

Someone should make a short film documentary out of this. Fact is stranger than fiction.

Firstly, congratulations to the RSS on completing 100 years.

An organisation that claims over 60,000 shakhas and crores of swayamsevaks must also uphold transparency and constitutional accountability.

As per RSS’ highest and most important decision making body Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha’s 2025–26 Karnataka report, the RSS has 4,127 daily shakhas, 1,389 weekly milans, 60 monthly mandalis, 2,194 Samajotsavas with 19.61 lakh participants and held 562 route marches with 2.21 lakh uniformed participants in the state.

With such scale and influence, the RSS must clarify its legal status, registration, office bearers, funding, expenditure, taxation and permissions for public activities.

If citizens, labour, NGOs, trusts, temples and companies are expected to register, disclose and comply with the law, why should the RSS remain exempt?

In its centenary year, the RSS must responsibly abide by the Constitution and register, disclose, pay applicable taxes and function transparently within the Constitution.

As suggested in my letter, I am looking forward to hearing from @RSSorg soon.

There is a new scam by @IndiGo6E these days.

When you web check-in, they don’t show any free seat options to select.

If you skip seat selection and choose auto-assigned seating, they say you'll receive your boarding pass by email around 4 hours before departure. In my case, it never arrived.

When I called customer care to ask why the boarding pass wasn't sent, they told me that auto-assigned seating can only be done 12 hours before departure. If it isn't assigned by then, the airport has to allocate the seat. They also said they have no way to contact the airport.

So you are forced to reach the airport at least 1 hour early for physical check-in. If you arrive close to the check-in cutoff, they may refuse to issue a boarding pass and say you missed the check-in deadline.

Technically, there are no FREE seats for web check-in.

Everybody is out here scamming common people because apparently there’s nowhere for us to go and complain. Well done!

Bihar Prohibition Constable Exam was scheduled for today.

16 lakh+ aspirants were to appear for 4,200 vacancies.

They were given outstation centers, but complained of insufficient/late trains.

Fearing inability to reach their center on time, they broke into a protest, which turned violent.

🚨 After breaking the National Record, Tejas Shirse called for better management at national meets.

Indian Athletics Series–9 in Ludhiana served as a qualification event for both the Commonwealth Games 2026 and the World U20 Championships.

Yet, athletes were left dealing with several basic issues and instances of mismanagement throughout the competition.

Among the concerns raised were:
• Long waiting hours in the morning before bib collection
• No hurdles available in the warm-up area for hurdlers
• Ambulance and medical staff arriving late
• Events being conducted without proper floodlights

After shattering the National Record and qualifying for the CWG, Tejas Shirse, along with India's leading hurdlers Krishik M and Madhvendra, spoke out about the conditions and urged for better organisation at national-level competitions.
