Been calling the @MumbaiPolice women helpline and the @DGPMaharashtra women helpline since 19:10 to report a case of Domestic Violence. No answer. After calling the 103/100 a few times, they finally answered and said they’ll send someone in 15 mins. (1/3)

She said the cops have reached there but I told her they hadn’t. She asked me which is the local police station. After I gave her details, she said someone will be there. Only after that I got a call from another officer that they were notified just 1 min ago (3/4)
