@thsottiaux @thsottiaux Please don’t ignore this. Since Aug 24, GPT‑5.6 Medium/High is silently routed to 5.5‑mini. Support only asks for more evidence, no investigation. I cancelled Plus and requested a refund. Users are losing trust. This deserves your attention.

@OpenAI Paying Plus user here. I select GPT-5.6 Sol, backend resolved_model_slug shows GPT-5.5-mini. Zero warning, zero fix after 48+ hours of reports. This isn't rate limiting, it's deceptive billing. Switching to Claude and Grok. Done paying for this. #ChatGPT #OpenAI

@yi345513711 @thsottiaux Same issue since Aug 24. Selecting GPT‑5.6 Medium/High gives 5.5‑mini responses – fast but low quality. I��ve sent multiple emails with evidence to Support, but they keep asking for more instead of investigating. No fix yet, no clear explanation. I'm from China.
