@nammayatri It doesn't need the driver to identify if the payment option at the time of booking were separated as cash and UPI. If cash, the driver collects from the passenger. If UPI, the driver only triggers payment request to the user who booked. Pretty sure @juspay can do that!

@nammayatri I booked a ride for someone else and the payment option was cash/UPI. When the ride ended, I was not notified to make any payment. The trip ended with cash payment being made by the passenger. How stupid that cash and UPI are not separate options to choose upfront!

@nammayatri @ONDC_Official Your technology that powers their ride is truly not democratising the payment stack. A unbundling of payment options is much appreciated and needs a design paradigm relook ! The latency on the n/w is poor and Beckn protocol slowed down discovery of services/cabs.

All ecommerce merchants mandatorily use OTP now for proof of delivery. This is total harassment and abuse. OTP was not invented for delivery. It was originally designed for 2FA authorization. Time we took action against businesses for frivolous use of OTP. #ENDOTPABUSE
