The way I see it is that your organisation put in danger the horses, riders, police and security staff. Lying is not a great look when you're trying to take the moral high ground
@FallGuysGame why is your level rotation so poor, There is an excellent catalogue of levels yet there only seem to be 6 or 7 that are on repeat. Makes it very hard to bother to come back and keep on playing, which is a shame.

@virginmedia I mean, I'm not sure what is classified as good customer service @virginmedia over there. But if this is the standard you're working to, then I think you have it badly wrong.
@virginmedia This was last discussed with Reece in your team on the 25th of Jan I believe. I was advised that it had been sorted on the same online chat.
@virginmedia You keeping charging me for Netflix via your billing for no reason as I already have a Netflix account directly with Netflix. This started in November or December. You keeping saying you've credited me and sorted it. Everytime, no credit and another Netflix charge.
