JUST IN: S&P Global to acquire majority stake in Agusto & Co

S&P Global says it has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Agusto & Co., a Pan-African rating agency with operations in Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda and Ghana.

The Global rating firm announced the deal in a statement on Tuesday.
