@ring_uk 40% increase in subscription charges for "new features" that nobody needs. For a product that without a subscription is practically useless. Thats a shitty way to do business. I had planned more ring products, not now, trust has gone completely.

@japantimes Not surprising as they appear to have few staff performing customer service and are very aggressive in excess baggage charges. 2.8kg = 10,000 💴 for 1 bag even when total baggage is well under. I'll not be contributing to their profits in the future...

@SW_Railway so when it states departed mortlake 14 mins late it actually means the train zoomed past the station without stopping and everyone on the platform now has to wait for a delayed 5 car train due, who knows? Thanks a bunch

@SW_Railway Thank you for your reply, but we only get 4 trains an hour, so that means we all have to wait around 30 mins on the platform now for half a train. This is becoming far too frequent
