Landed at Washington Dulles, IAD at 10:00 PM and operations still has not cleared a gate for our plane by 11:00 PM one hour later. Sunday operations was a nightmare two weeks ago also. Please hire a new Sunday operations manager.

So apparently a woman waiting for the red eye flight to Dulles in the United terminal feels that all of her luggage needs seats. Flight delayed. Standing room only. Because every piece of carry on luggage needs it’s own seat.

@Hertz rented a car from Hertz at Milan airport-Malpensa. Supposed to be enhanced cleaning.The interior of the car was FILTHY-blood stain on the interior fabric roof lining. Three days getting runaround on phone. As a Hertz Gold member, will NEVER again rent from Hertz.
