@chiefflips @kirawontmiss Using a taser in this situation is not a good option for a few reasons. Tasers are only affective 55-70% of the time. Clothes, and not getting proper probe penetration cause the taser to fail. The other issue is if there is full body incapacity, they could fall on the knife.
