Update at 8:18 pm… @delhivery does the same thing again today! What a comedy company is this?! No delivery despite it being out and confirmed by agent. Such a BS company it is.

Same story with delivery even today. At 6:39 pm it is still showing out for delivery but no whereabouts. And when I call the delivery agent he is totally unprofessional and delaying without any reason. Why orders through @delhivery are always as such?

@SBICard_Connect As discussed, please reason why my card was debited with late payment charges, while there was no such case and my card was on zero outstanding balance much before the due date i.e. 12.10.2024.

@SBICard_Connect has wrongly applied late payment fee of Rs 885/- while there was no late payment on my card ending 9036. It is really disgusting, pathetic from the side of @TheOfficialSBI to cheat unsuspecting customers and play with their credit history. Refund the amount.
