I should add that the cashier didn’t say things like,”hello, did you find everything you needed..” etc. When I walked up she said, “phone number?” And was pissed when I told her, “no thank you.”
This cannot really be your policy, I am really hoping it’s just this store.

@ultabeauty I just purchased a few items in-store, and was told I wouldn’t be able to make a return unless I provided my phone number. Even with receipt. Is this really your store policy?
