@AsurionCares A final update. Last week I call again after not receiving any update on May 26 Jeff answered from the executive resolution team, he filled the right information in the claim and yesterday Monday June 1st I finally received a new iPad upgraded from 10th to 11th gen

@AsurionCares @Asurion I send my iPad for repair and was received on May 8th. No update even when stated it would take 5 days to get back to me. Where’s my iPad? @ATTHelp @att who is responsible for this? The claim is not longer in the website!

@AsurionCares Asking again for a sworn statement. I resend it and now they said they are waiting for my device!! They received my iPad on May 8 in their New York repair facility. I have the tracking number and email back stating they got it

@AsurionCares Let me give you an update someone called me from the resolution team. I explain and I believed she understood what had happened anyways she said they will offer a buyout and was surprised nobody called me. She said she was calling me next day or Emil me. An email arrived

@AsurionCares I called twice already to your costumer support number. I want my device back. I pay 50$ a month for this insurance and I’m losing use of my device and there’s no resolution. If I would have take it to get a battery and screen replacement locally it would have take one day.
