At MINMUM they train when joining, ELS yearly, OST yearly, regular NCALTS, PDR 6 monthly. Not sure what a ‘police licence’ will mean, but I assume more training & money. I can assure you getting officers to get a ‘licence’ will not solve any of the problems they’re trying to fix
